The myMerlinPulse™ mobile application is specifically designed for individuals with an Abbott Medical implanted heart device who possess a mobile device. Its primary function is to facilitate remote monitoring of the implanted device by securely transmitting data from the patient's device to their healthcare provider.

Operating over an internet connection via WiFi or cellular network, the app ensures the confidentiality and integrity of the transmitted information through encryption protocols.

Equipped with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, the application enables users to verify the connectivity of their heart device with their healthcare provider, access critical information such as battery status and transmission history, manually send transmissions to their medical team, and receive alerts in case of significant performance changes in the implanted device.
